All workmanship and products provided by Soltex come with a 5 year warranty.

Most orders are ready within 6-8 weeks. However, larger and more customised orders may take longer, depending on your project’s requirements. Updates are provided by our helpful and professional team throughout the fabrication process.

Soltex products are all proudly manufactured in Australia and Europe using high quality componentry. Fabrics are sourced from Europe, USA and Australia – only the best materials available in the world.

Like most things, each product is rated differently. However, all products have been designed to tolerate high winds (some products more than others). The solution we recommend for you will depend on your location, situation and individual needs. Please speak with a Soltex expert for a more in-depth explanation.

In most cases, repairs can be carried out. Soltex do however, recommend an inspection is carried out by one of our experts first.
If a replacement is necessary, Soltex can advise and assist.

Whilst the majority of shade systems don’t need council approval, some do and, in these cases, Soltex will assist and guide you through the process to assist with successful council approval when installing larger retractable pergolas and framework. Speak with one of Soltex’s consultants for further enquires and information.

Each product has a recommended size for optimum performance. Soltex does however cater to custom jobs which includes large openings and unusual areas. Speak with our consultants for further enquires and information.
