The luxurious Kiora Apartments in Claremont faced the challenge of covering their exposed outdoor entertaining area.

Located on the building’s third floor terrace, the space was highly susceptible to the elements – restricting its use by residents. Complicating any solution was the roof’s access limitations, necessitating the use of cranes and road closures for any lifting.

Soltex was engaged for our ability to deliver premium shade solutions for complex, large-scale projects. Our recommendation was to install five HS20 PURE Retractable Roof systems with full automation, offering a high-end finish and appearance. Custom-coloured fabric and aluminium profiles added a bespoke touch, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the space.

The residents of Kiora Apartments now enjoy an elevated and versatile outdoor living experience with the PURE Retractable Roof systems.
