Soltex worked with Perth architects TRCB to provide a suitable fit-out solution for a Frozen Yoghurt retailer at the newly refurbished Karrinyup Shopping Centre food and entertainment precinct.
The initial design presented some challenges as it required working around an existing pillar. The PURE HS20 Retractable Roof System was the recommended solution put forward to our client, with Soltex providing technical details and CAD drawings to ensure the system could be seamlessly fitted into a custom-built frame.
Working closely with builder Mettris Construction, Soltex was able to order the PURE Retractable Roof System from plans to ensure the fit-out time frame was achieved. The custom-made systems were also installed working around the restraints of the retail environment.
